Important Information about Scheduling and Payment
Online Scheduler - We use a client-friendly Online Scheduler so our clients can self schedule appointments 24 hours a day. If you don't see a day/time that fits your specific needs, or you're having difficulty finding a session with your preferred LMT - Please send an EMAIL and we can work together to find something that works.
Credit Cards - Our Online Scheduler will require you to provide a valid Credit Card to complete the Scheduling Process. The Credit Card is kept securely on file with our Payment Processor (we don't see the digits you've entered) and will NOT be charged unless you end up as a "No Show" (see below)....We accept all major forms of payment in our office, and you'll have the ability to pay at the conclusion of your appointment. If you are coming in with a Gift Certificate, using Health Insurance, or other situations, you will still need to provide a Credit Card to complete the Booking Process.
"No Show" Appointments - Please be aware that when a client "no shows", the staff member cannot resell the time that you had originally booked. As such, our policy is to charge the full session fee for "No Shows" using the Credit Card you've left on file. Our Online Scheduler sends an email confirmation when the appointment is initially booked, as well as an email & text reminder 3 days prior to your appointment date and an email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Please make every effort to contact us via EMAIL if you need to change or cancel your appointment in advance. Clients who No Show for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment may be charged the full session fee.
